The Box Twins

Before we went camping, we bought a new BBQ. We took it with us in the box it came in. At the camp site, I opened the box and assembled the pieces. The box was too good to waste. We tossed a blanket into it and it became Jett's place by the campfire ring. This is what happens when the alpha dog eats breakfast and the little sister finds an opportunity. Jett has a habit of tattling on Tank when Tank is in Jett's place. Jett will stand in front of one of us, then when she has our attention she will look over at Tank as if to say "Troll deportation, PLEASE!" It's quite cute. We keep telling Tank that she will be alpha someday. She doesn't believe us. However, we're not looking forward to that day at all.

Jett Wine

Here's a picture of Jett and some of the bottles of wine we sold for our fundraiser a few months ago. I bought a bottle of the reisling. Or however you spell that. It was sooo good. The bottles are very cute. I hope to have a Christmas seasonal wine for the holidays.

You gotta kiss a lot of frogs

This is Jett on her 8th birthday. She got this stuffed frog and her Fairy Dog Mother, Natalie, made her a birthday tiara. Jett's birthday is April 15th.

Doing the Backstroke

This is Jett doing the backstroke! Both our labs love to go belly up and play with their toys, each other, us, or just kick it. At our house, we're busy watching the second season of Dexter on DVD. It just came out at Blockbusters this week. I don't have much to say today. I was emailing my cousin today and realized that I have absolutely nothing to tell her because rather than work, nothing is going on. It made me kinda depressed. However, I am too tired to do anything about it.

Dogster

Jenn home

Jenn is home again from Korea. She brought home two gigantic hugenormous Korean drums. This is a pic of Jett and her mom, Jenn, with a truck load of donations for the homeless shelter. Please note that is MY hat on Jenn's head.

Garden Girls

These are my three girls working in the garden several years ago. The dogs have helped this year as well but these pictures were cuter! They both love to carry the watering can. Tank loves to steal Jenn's tools when she isn't looking. And Jett loves to lay in the dirt next to the mom and soak in the sun.

Jett the Princess

This is my beautiful Jett. She is my very first big dog. This picture was taken the day that we took a truck load of donations to the homeless shelter. Jett has been a therapy dog since she was seven weeks old. One of Jett's nicknames is Magoo. She is also called a Princess. Tank is called the Troll. The princess and the Troll. It just seems to fit :)
